AYGEE: Yes I do write, compose and perform my own songs
BEST: Who are your musical influences?
AYGEE: I was mostly influenced by Puff daddy, method man, Steve Kekana, L tido, Ab crazy just to name a few.
BEST: What are your fondest musical memories? In your house? In your neighborhood or town?
AYGEE: When me and my crew won a hip-hop competition for the first time. We was representing our hood.
BEST: What are your songs about?
AYGEE: My songs are about me, I mostly talk about where I want to be in future and also write about my life experiences in general.
BEST: How would you describe your music to people?
AYGEE: New wave Afrobeat mixed with hip-hop.
BEST: Have you recorded any previous CDs or posted any audio files on the Internet?
AYGEE: Yes, last year I released an EP titled vibes don’t lie ( it currently have 50 000+ streams combining all music major platforms).
BEST: What are your immediate music career goals?
AYGEE: Short term goals, working on a small project with SBX and Jay Claude.
BEST: What are your long-term career goals?
AYGEE: Long term goals, i wanna drop a Afrobeat album or mixtape.
